[arch-dev-public] graphviz on x86_64 has a wrong file location

Hi,

the latest graphviz package places a file to /usr/lib64/ which is
wrong. 

$ pacman -Qo /usr/lib64/php/modules/gv.so 
/usr/lib64/php/modules/gv.so is owned by graphviz 2.22.2-1

Giovanni built the x86_64, so can you please fix this?
