Given that there's not many AU mirrors, would you still want a Tier 1
for australia?
I guess the New Caledonia mirror would probably sync from an Australian
Tier 1 mirror too. Note that I sync my local mirror from
pacific.net.au and frequently run into issues of too many rsync connections.
