[arch-dev-public] [signoff] dnsutils-9.7.3-1 and idnkit-1.0-1

Dear all,

I have put dnsutils-9.7.3-1 in [testing]; it combines:
- a minor upstream update;
- support for IDN (from idnkit);
- support for DNSSEC signature chasing.

For example, it is now possible to do things like

        dig 例え.テスト

and

        dig . DNSKEY | grep -Ev '^($|;)' > trusted-key.key
        dig +sigchase eurid.eu

Please test and signoff.
