On my systems (both arches), I get the following
$ /usr/bin/msgfmt --statistics /dev/null
/usr/bin/msgfmt: error while loading shared libraries:
libcroco-0.6.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
which causes audacious-plugins to fail detecting gettext.
i dropped gettext from testing. now we can continue our libnotify rebuild :D
