I switched cookies in the developer interface to be secure-only as of this morning. This means you won't see any of the developer stuff if you are viewing the site over plain HTTP once your existing cookie expires. You will be redirected to HTTPS if you are required to log in, but devs/TUs may not see the links they are used to if you are not viewing over a secure connection.
