How do you you plan to solve this? A preinstall message? It doesn't
seem that the ordinary approach of just putting the license in
/usr/share/licenses would be enough, IANAL.

Maybe you could use 'dialog' [1] in the pre{install,update} message to
display the license and make sure that users accept it before proceeding
to the installation.
