[arch-dev-public] Archlinux site upgrade to Django 1.8

Hi Guys,

  We've just updated archweb to Django 1.8. It was a somewhat easy upgrade,
  we have only hit a few errors and warnings that were corrected.

  Also we've tested most of the site and the services. But, if any of you hit
  an issue with any page, or see that something is not updating, let me,
  Angel or Jelle know.
