Hi! The deluge package http://archlinux.org/packages/extra/i686/deluge/ has been flagged as out-of-date for sometime now. The oficial site provides a PKGBUILD for arch, for the lastest stable version http://download.deluge-torrent.org/arch/0.5.9.4/deluge-0.5.9.4.pkgbuild I'm using and seems to be working fine.
If someone wants to upgrade the package you can use this. Cheers
