Read the license. These are able to be distributed but only in
non-extracted format. Thus what you see with "pacman -Ql". The files
are extracted in the post_install script and cleaned up in the
pre_remove script.
Emm, It is strange of that package, the packager name is
Archlinux.
You will find 302 packages in the repos do (for i686).
