[arch-general] journalctl equivalent for /var/log/kernel.log

Hello all,

This should have been easy to find, but I haven't had any luck.  What's the 
systemd equivalent to "tail -f /var/log/kernel.log"?  I'm trying to slowly 
start using journalctl instead of syslog...
