There might be reasons for some users to prefer zynaddsubfx over yoshimi, but following several audio related Linux mailing list, I got the impression that most musicians are in favour of yoshimi. Btw. I'm one of them, but I guess I still didn't vote, so there likely will be one addition vote for yoshimi within the next days.
