Hi, When trying to create an account on bugs.archlinux.org, I get the following error message:
Completely unexpected exception: Connection could not be established with > host 127.0.0.1:10027 [Connection refused #111] > This should never happend, please inform Flyspray Developers > Have I missed a downtime announcement somewhere or is something wrong with Flyspray?
