Re: dhcpcd going away quietly after half a day

Does the timeframe somehow correlate with the DHCP lease time in your network? 
Maybe dhcpcd crashes when trying to renew the lease? Do you have access to DHCP 
server logs? Or maybe run a (tcpdump/wireshark) port bootps in the background 
and then check the time of the connection loss.
