The website may need a little correction: sq verify --signer-file probably should read: sq verify --signer-cert release-key.pgp --detached archlinux-2023.09.01-x86_64.iso.sig archlinux-2023.09.01-x86_64.iso I had to upgrade debian to bookworm for all of these sq commands to work. wkd isn't available in bullseye.
