As I said, I don't have OTP code and key necessary to generate OTP
codes. I want someone from stuff responsible for gitlab.archlinux.org to
reset the OTP key.

I use the one built into keepassxc that works just fine for
gitlab.archlinux. If you still have your code(?) and just need another
tool to generate the OTP for login, that will do.
