Hey all,I sent this patch to the Plymouth package maintainer a short while ago however it doesn't appear to have been seen and it fixes an important issue to me with Plymouth localisation.
I'm having some account issues with my ArchLinux GitLab account otherwise I would create a MR on there with this patch, so I figured this would be the best next place?

The attached patch resolves the following issue for plymouth where the
localisation defined in /etc/vconsole.conf is not applied to plymouth.
