Hi. I had problems six month ago when installing arch.
I did the following steps and it worked : # creating initramfs mkinitcpio -P # installing and configuring grub grub-install --target=x86_64-efi --efi-directory=/boot --bootloader-id=GRUB grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg # next two steps are due to my motherboard (msi) but it is needed for some other mv /boot/EFI/grub /boot/EFI/BOOT mv /boot/EFI/BOOT/grubx64.efi /boot/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI Sorry but I can't remember where I found that on archwiki.
