It's worth keeping an eye on https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/17875 since the outcome potentially could require a complete rebuild of all ArchHaskell (library) source packages:
Currently ghc ships with the haddock binary, but that isn't the complete haddock package as found on hackage[1].
