[arch-mirrors] Mirror Domain changed

Hello everyone!

I'm moving my old mirror arch.packages.gnp-tec.net to 
arch.packages.zachlge.org.
The mirror now supports http and https, but http redirects the request 
to https. The location is the same.

Please edit the mirror-list!
