[arch-mirrors] selfnet.de mirror new IP adresses

Hi all,

We'll reinstall mirror.selfnet.de in the near future and will use
another machine in parallel to avoid downtime. Please add 141.70.126.50
and 2001:7c7:2100:400::52 to the IP whitelist and keep the existing IPs.
