Joe has recently been moved to the AUR. And when devs make such
decisions it's usually deserved.
Furthermore, promoting joe through the install cd was never a great
choice anyway, it's not a big improvement over nano anyway and I
wouldn't want to make people waste time with it they could otherwise
invest in vim.
