Are any distro's still using XFree86?
For what its work, you have my vote to remove XFree86 entirely.

We've been supplying xfree86 for a while now, mainly for the poor ATi
users that have non-free shit drivers that don't work with Xorg 6.8.
Nowadays, ATi has drivers that work "without problems" with Xorg 6.8.

The XFree86 team has released XFree86 4.5.0, with their nice shit
license and I think it's pretty much the same way as Xorg went.

I think it's not useful to provide 2 versions of X in archlinux. I would
like to have Xfree86 removed from the repositories if nobody thinks
there is a use for it.
