You will have to download the files (or the tarball, whichever you
prefer) into a directory of your choice and then run makepkg. The
unsupported packages are not in the community repo.
As for an abs-like repository, I think I saw a script in the forum do
something like that. I can't find the thread at the moment, though,
sorry about that.
There is one thread that /seems/ to have something in it, but it
requires some changes in the cvs or something. You can check it out here:
