hm... maybe I could help... I'm making RkCMF - a CMS/CMF for managing large ammounts of data - text data mainly. Main feature is that - there is normal categories for modules - like articles / links etc. doesn't have categories but there is a module called VIS which can make such categories - in VIS you can insert a link to article with it's title and desc by just adding [A=id] where id is the art ID :) the same for other modules etc. Small example:
http://www.linuks.rk.edu.pl/ - main site
http://www.linuks.rk.edu.pl/vis_17.html - category of a linux distro called Arch... :) the top is pure HTML + latest news on the right [NN=5/Distros], in the middle articles and some <blockquote>, next we have a [FSTART=forum][F=6][FSTOP] - a nice "link" to forum on the forums.... and bellow we have [ARCH=repo_name] which show a list o packages on a repo (data not auto-generated) like:
http://www.linuks.rk.edu.pl/art_84.html

RkCMF is integrated with punBB forum (which can import from phpBB) but i could make a users hack for phpBB. Articles aren't wiki edition like but they will be in a couple of weeks, after my exams :P
