Yes, Arch will still have a devfs package that can be used with the 2.4 kernel. But you should be aware that we're thinking about nixing the official 2.4 packages from Arch for the 0.8 release. For those of you running 2.4, it's not the end of the world. It just means you would have to compile your own kernel or use one from an extraneous repository like AUR or a user-controlled one.
