I have some Wiki howtos on postfix up. Likely they need to be updated.
I have also been doing some work with MailScanner (clamav and
spamassassin), postfix-mysql, pam_mysql/saslauthd, and a few other
things thrown in. Maybe I will get that in a how-to in the future...
