That is the old wiki, and one of the reasons we are migrating. ;) Generally, waiting 20 minutes or so and trying again works. Sometimes the wait is less. I believe it has to do with one request getting a lock on the db file, and then pooping out...it doesnt give up its hold on it..so it has to time out. Chalk it up to a problem with phpwiki always requiring "writer" rights. *shrug* I haven't published the new location yet. Look for the new url coming soon.
