Just one quick correction here.  Judd rarely decides what goes into extra
OR current these days.  That's what the other developers are for.  Neri,
Damir, Jan, and Arjan all are very active maintainers of extra.  Dorphell
and Jurgen (to an extent) manage current.  Judd does a little bit of
current, but he basically just handles base these days.

There are reasons why things go into current and not extra and vice versa.
There is a method to this madness.
