yep, i highly respect linux-live and im an old slax fan too. Archie started before they switched to sqaushfs and unionfs (i originally thought of adopting linux-live to Arch, but then decided to make a complete Arch oriented project with better pacman support and iso customization to my likings), but obviously things have changed and they using unionfs too now. regarding the slax-kde iso, i can only guess he's applied the kde patches, but thats only a guess. i should take another look at the latest unionfs snapshots (they release all as patches) maybe the kde patch had been integrated already. you could do the same :) -- regards, Elia Yehuda, aka z4ziggy Archie project, http://archie.hopto.org _______________________________________________ arch mailing list [email protected] http://www.archlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/arch
