Is the problem an already known one? Check the Arch bugtracker. If not.

Quit GNOME

Wipe your config files.

rm -rf ~/.gnome*
rm -rf ~/.gconf*

Start GNOME.

If problem persists, 

Remove GNOME entirely to ensure there wasnt a mistake installing a package.

Reinstall GNOME

If problem then persists, take screenshots, report to bug tracker.
