This is what I see as well. KDE, for me, was a snap to use coming from a
Windows environment. Gnome is a fine DE, but I find KDE more useful and
easier to manage and set up.
BUT, these are my opinions and I certainly don't want to step on any
toes... To each their own, I always say :)
