some streams (WM3 or something like that) only supports audio but not

how do you mean this? lightyears in advance? 
i'm not very much informed about details what kpdf and others do not 
support, but for reading scientific papers or showing pdf-presentations 
to others, kpdf is a much better solution than acroread to me 
(integration with kpart, previews resizable, text or pictures easy to 
extract ...).
