I also greatly second those 2 points.
I'm part of an association where we provide people from a "young worker center" 
West of France with internet and some computer services.
We just began to shift our computers to Arch Linux, and since some of us do not 
understand 100% English, it would be great to see links to internationalized 
web pages on the top of AL wiki pages !

Et puis Linux, c'est bien sympa, mais la personne qui pleure quand ce qu'il
