Er...does that also include combing the bugtracker and confirming bugs,
etc? I think I could lend a hand but my system ain't the most exciting
and hence hardly rigourous...

archlinux.org is now being assaulted by rsync requests. rsync isn't smart
enough to handle file "moves", so the main arch server has to
essentially re-transfer all these packages, even though they are
identical to the packages that were in Testing (they were just mv'ed,
after all).
Mirrors updates will take a day or two, depending on your mirror.
