Maybe some nice Archer out in CZ (or somewhere close) would be willing to burn 
a CD for you with the latest packages.  Upgrades this large are a pretty rare 
occurence (assuming you don't use KDE or GNOME!) :-), so this probably would 
just be a one time problem for you I would think.
