I'm brand new on the list, and I have to admit I've just recently
found Arch Linux (I'm currently a Ubuntu user) but it'll be running on
my home computer in about a week :-)

On to your question: Yes, other people are interested in a
cross-compiler package. I use Mingw semi-regularly, and it'd be nice if
it were available in Arch. It'd also be useful if you wrote down your
solutions to problems somewhere (not only in the mailman archive :)
since I think they might be useful for packaging of other X-compilers.
Just my thoughts...

Software is not manufactured, it is something you write and publish.
Keep Europe free from software patents, we do not want censorship

As far as we know, our computer has never had an undetected error.
