A feasible solution, that unfortunately would require pretty much work 
the first time, could be to create an "infodocs" package containing all 
info documentation of important software lacking good man pages (tar, 
coreutils, bash, emacs and more). Yes it would be a big package but 
absolutely optional. Once someone installs it, he has most info docs he 
needs.

Likewise a seperate package "develdocs" can be created for other 
documentation (qt, python etc). Anyway, I haven't figured out how to 
create such package with pkgbuild, I'm just dropping a new idea to hear 
your comments.
