Uncomment testing in /etc/pacman.conf. Next $sudo pacman -Sy to sync up. Then $sudo pacman -S /testing/mozilla-firefox. I think that should do the trick. You may want to comment testing out again and resync if you do so system wide updates. Hope this helps.
