Hi all,

I've been running Arch for a couple of weeks and i'm very happy with it.
It is great! I really like the overal simpleness of the system; stuff
just works as you'd expect them to and configuration files are often
super-straight-forward! And the speeeed! Ye gods! What a difference with
Fedora (my as-of-now 2nd favorite distro ;-).

I have a request, but I'm not sure if this is the right place to put it.
If it's not, feel free to flame away.

Modernish laptops and desktops which use SATA devices are left in the
cold when trying to resume from a suspend to ram:

and

Since my laptop is one of the affected devices, I'd like this patch to
be included in the current/kernel26 package. I think everyone with a
SATA based system would be very happy with it.

The patch is also included in mainline as of 2.6.16-rc1, but I think
that will still be quite a wait.

Kind regards,

Rubin.
