I upgraded arch to xorg7. Works very smoothly. Only, now i do not know which package provides glxgears. I read the wiki and other articles. I have freeglut and libgl-dri installed. Pacman never complained while installing the packages, so i can assume the packages are not damaged ?
On the same note, how about having a tool that 'answers' such questions ? Like, we can search within the contents of packages ? The ubuntu site -- http://packages.ubuntu.com/ -- allows that. I am not comparing, but maybe we can use the code from that site ?
