Hi
Guys I have small wifi net (3 boxes nad 1 laptop ) and I have some
anoying problem here if someone could answer how to make it less painfull
or eliminate completly - I would be very thankfull.
So all machines are running Arch except laptop which runs Mandrake 9.2
so they are all conected by PLANETE wifi cards PCI/PCMCIA to the PLANETE's
AP (Atheros chip madwifi_g ) and when I turn off (or it goes down by it
self) the AP all machines Arch machines are frozen... I had Arch on this
laptop for a while and there was this same issue... Mandrake seems to be
alright with connection gone... Any idea ? MAchines are variety of AMD
based CPU machines 1600 - 3600
PIII and PIV all with NVidia GC and laptop with ATI M9000 ... (BTW
nothing in a logs after reboot etc... )
