I use ndiswrapper too wit garr mirror. I have the same problem, but it's not a user problem. The problem is in the ndiswrapper package, since the dependence ndiswrapper-utils does not exists nor in the official repository. Take a look to package db via www on archlinux.org. I think the packager is going to add ndiswrapper-utils in place of ndiswrapper-bin. But the work has not been finished yet.
