Just a note of thanks and congrats to Jan.

After updating to the latest version of glibc in testing, I note that
locale-gen now has commented versions of possible locales, making it
much simple for the user to uncomment the locales that they need.

Also, prior to this latest update, although everything worked in
Japanese, I'd get the annoying error that it failed to set locale and
was dropping back to C.  This error seemed more annoying than harmful,
but an annoyance it was.  :)  The latest update seems to have fixed
this.
