A single username for every part of the site would obviously be a lot more userfriendly. When I'm browsing AL, AUR, the BBS and the WiKi I have to login 3 times to be able to post anywhere.
It'll probably be a bitch to migrate those things as not everybody has a login for every part of the site. And even if they do (like me! w00t!), there might be no easy relation between them.
