Try making sure you load ehci-hcd after ohci-hcd. What do you need ehci-hcd for? A majority of flash drives and card readers especially do not actually support or run at usb2 speed. For card readers, it depends both on the card and the card reader. Although -- they should still run fine when the usb2, ehci-hcd module is loaded.
