Nice to see that it is not a generally problem. Here at another pc here with the same motherboard and no scsi i got the same line "I/O scheduler cfg not found" at bootup but only once time instead a lot of times at my first pc. But because no one else have this error it seems more a problem of my custom configuration and i will look to find a solution. It is no problem to use the arch kernel without cfg because in the most cases i boot the archck kernel. Thanks for the info.
