I'll take a look at your iptables and rp-pppoe wiki's. I did the
dnsmasq configuration myself, the .conf is very well documented
indeed.

I had some trouble getting dnsmasq to start: it complained about some
non existing dir / file but wouldn't say which one.

The man pages helped me out tho. :)
