Funny that. Looking at scriptlets.d/network, I can see what you mean, 
but OTOH, I've been using suspend2 for ages, and whenever I set it up 
first, I just put 'network' in StopServices and StartServices, and it 
worked - still does. I have a few other daemons there as well, and they 
work too.

If you're going ahead with the bug report, post it on suspend2's 
bugzilla - it's not an Arch thing.
