Hi! I'm trying to install Grub on my Dell Inspiron 1150 laptop, and when I'm trying to install grub the Arch installer tells me:
Error installing GRUB, (see /dev/tty5 for output) On tty5 grub says this: grub> root (hd2,0) Error 21: Selected disk does not exist grub> setup (hd2) Error 12: Invalid device requested grub> quit I got lilo working, but to be honest I don't really like lilo. I think the problem is that /dev/hdc is not the CD drive, instead it's my hdd.
