Hi
only if you don't have the nvidia issue, for this other options are possible.
if the kernel segaults with the EPI errors then you probably only can use a 
livecd and chroot into your arch box.
just do the steps mentioned in install documentation for lilo setup, there 
everything is listed how to chroot into your archbox.
